Severe storm devastates Whiteland, Indiana.
Whiteland, Indiana was hit by a suspected tornado during severe weather, causing destruction to several homes and warehouses. No fatalities have been reported, but around 20 people are in a shelter. Central Indiana is under a wind advisory with gusts near 50 mph possible. Seven people have been reported dead after fierce storms and tornadoes swept across multiple states in the South and Midwest. AES Indiana is reporting over 4,000 customers without power.
