Former Alabama Legislator Will Dismukes Convicted of Theft Charge
Former Alabama state representative, Will Dismukes, has been found guilty of first-degree theft of property charges, including stealing thousands of dollars from his former employer, Weiss Commercial Flooring, and from the Veterans Administration Hospital in Montgomery and Prattville City Hall. Dismukes was indicted by a Montgomery grand jury in June 2021 and faces a sentencing on May 4th, 2023, which could carry a sentence of 2-20 years in prison.
