In Oymyakon, a settlement in the Sakha Republic, the temperature dropped to -58 degrees Celsius, which felt like -63 degrees Celsius due to humidity and wind. Despite the harsh conditions, residents emphasized the importance of wearing appropriate clothing and keeping active to maintain blood circulation.
