PCC Madison Valley Opens After Decade-Long Zoning Battle
PCC Community Markets opened its 17th location in Seattle’s Madison Valley on October 14, 2026, after a ten-year development process. The store, located at 2925 E Madison St, features an enclosed loading dock to mitigate traffic concerns. It offers organic produce, house-made sushi, and employs 75 unionized staff. The opening follows significant neighborhood negotiations regarding building mass and freight logistics.
