JetBlue Drops ‘Most Legroom’ Boast as BlueFirst Rolls Out Across Seats

JetBlue has quietly removed its longstanding “most legroom in coach” line in onboard announcements as it introduces BlueFirst domestic First Class. The carrier will reconfigure its A320s by reclassifying EvenMore and Core Main Cabin seats to fit a BlueFirst section (12 recliners across three rows) without reducing total seats. Main Cabin seat pitch is expected to shrink to about 30–31 inches, bringing it in line with rivals, while about 20% of JetBlue’s non‑Mint fleet could feature BlueFirst by year’s end.
