Lexus Expands Off-Road Lineup with Overtrail Trim and Redesigned GX Model.

Lexus has introduced its first full-on Overtrail trim with the 2024 GX, featuring 33-inch Toyo all-terrains, 18-inch wheels, eKDSS suspension, and two locking differentials. The automaker plans to expand the Overtrail lineup to other models, including the LX 600. However, GX Chief Engineer Koji Tsukaski said they need to establish Overtrail with the GX first before adding it to other models. Overtrail will be exclusive to Lexus models as Toyota already has its own four-wheeling trims like TRD Off-Road, TRD Pro, and the new Trailhunter spec.
