JetBlue unveils BlueFirst domestic first-class seats with 13.3-inch screens

JetBlue has revealed its BlueFirst domestic first-class cabin, built by Collins Aerospace and customized with 13.3-inch seatback screens, Bluetooth compatibility, and Tuft & Needle foam. The seats will sit on planes without Mint, offering up to seven inches of extra legroom and a lounge-ready feel with bentobox meals on flights 899 miles and longer. BlueFirst tickets include two free checked bags, Group 1 boarding and no-change/cancellation options for standard/flex fares, and a separate basic version with restrictions. Lounge access isn’t automatic; BlueHouse access is limited to premium cards or Mosaic status. The rollout begins later this year, with most aircraft equipped by 2027 and retrofits complete by 2028.
