Employees of Casa Bonita, the iconic restaurant in Denver, have submitted a list of demands to management, including defined hours of operation, access to health benefits, and the reinstatement of former employees. The group, known as #WeAreTeamCasa, drafted the demand letter with the assistance of Restaurant Opportunities Centers United.
