Ford drops Mustang Mach-E price and increases range and power.

Ford has reopened orders for the Mustang Mach-E and cut prices by $1,000-$4,000, with the standard-range models now using LFP batteries for increased power and range. The move comes after Ford's Q1 2023 financial results showed a 20% increase in profits YoY. Ford's Model e division, responsible for developing EVs, is expected to lose up to $3 billion this year as the automaker invests in EV production capacity. However, Ford Blue and Ford Pro brought in $25.1 billion and $13.2 billion in revenue, respectively, for Q1 2023.
