Kellogg Company announces new names for split companies, including Kellanova.

Kellogg has announced the names of its two new spinoff companies. The unit that houses its snacks, international cereal brands, and plant-based foods will be called "Kellanova," while its North American cereal business will be called "WK Kellogg Co." The names were chosen with the help of employees, and the logos feature the recognizable "K" and a sassy, forward-pointing "v." Upon separation later this year, both companies will be publicly traded.
