Xcel Energy to Build Massive Solar Farm in Becker and Sherco.

Xcel Energy is planning to build one of the largest solar power plants in the country in Becker, Minnesota. The proposed plant would generate 460 megawatts of electricity, enough to power 100,000 homes. The project is part of Xcel's plan to provide 100% carbon-free electricity to its customers by 2050.
