Asian Markets Rise on Positive Wall Street Cues and Bank of Japan's Unchanged Rates.

The Bank of Japan has left its benchmark interest rate unchanged at -0.1%, in line with expectations, as Asia-Pacific markets trade higher. Japan's Nikkei 225 and Topix indexes are at 33-year highs, while Australia's S&P/ASX 200 gained 1.06%, and Hong Kong's Hang Seng index climbed 1.32%. Meanwhile, China has seen a strong trend of people changing to electric vehicles, with EV retail sales growing 46% YoY, and India could be the next best bet for nations looking to move their manufacturing operations. However, Singapore's non-oil domestic exports slid 14.7% YoY in May, a larger fall than the 9.8% decrease in April and more than the 8.1% drop expected by economists polled by Reuters.
