Wendy's faces lawsuits over cheeseburgers causing hospitalization and dental damage.

A woman is suing a Wendy's restaurant in Las Vegas after she claims to have broken her teeth on a hamburger containing "hard and clear glass-like particles." The lawsuit alleges that the fast-food restaurant served her a hamburger with the particles in it, causing her "overwhelming, intense and excruciating" pain. The woman is seeking a jury trial and damages in excess of $15,000. Wendy's corporate office has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
