America's Retirement Crisis: A Wake-Up Call for Gen-Xers and Beyond

However, nearly half of workers admitted to guessing the amount they need to save, while only a small percentage used retirement calculators or sought advice from financial advisors. Additionally, a significant number of workers prefer not to think about retirement until they are closer to their retirement date.
