Amazon shuts down Halo division and discontinues all health devices.

Amazon has announced that it will no longer sell its Halo health and fitness tracker, marking the latest cost-cutting move by CEO Andy Jassy. The Halo lineup, which includes a health-tracking bracelet and a bedside sleep tracker, will no longer be supported after July 31, 2023. Amazon will refund any purchases made in the last year of Halo View, Halo Band, Halo Rise, and Halo accessory bands, as well as any unused Halo subscription fees. The decision to sunset the Halo line was made due to significant headwinds, including an increasingly crowded segment and uncertain economic conditions.
