Meta's Metaverse developers dislike using VR headsets.

Apple has announced the launch of its new headset, the Vision Pro, which appears to be a significant improvement over Meta's headset. The Vision Pro is lighter, allows users to see through it when needed, and looks less like a bulky plastic PC strapped to the face. However, it won't be available until next year and is four times more expensive than Meta's headset.
