NVIDIA and SK hynix Strike Multiyear Memory Partnership to Scale AI Factories

NVIDIA and SK hynix announced a multiyear partnership to co‑develop next‑generation memory for the global AI factory buildout, aligning with NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure roadmap and ensuring supply through extended development cycles and advanced fabrication. The collaboration will accelerate semiconductor design and simulations with CUDA‑X and PhysicsNeMo, advance fab digital twins using Omniverse/OpenUSD and cuOpt for autonomous manufacturing, and sees SK hynix diversify into AI infrastructure markets including memory for the Vera Rubin AI supercomputers, Vera CPUs, RTX Spark PCs and Jetson Thor platforms.
