Oracle Concedes Internal AI Rollout Hit Early Hurdles

After rolling out ChatGPT Enterprise and Codex with guardrails and cost visibility, adoption reached about 80% in three months, boosting code generation but creating new bottlenecks in testing, validation, and release. Faster coding hasn’t translated into faster product delivery yet, and the company is balancing AI costs and governance, including security tooling with Anthropic Mythos (which flagged more vulnerabilities but produced many false positives).
