Amazon's VP of Communications, Cory Shields, Departs

Cory Shields has resigned from his position as VP Global Media and Entertainment at Amazon after more than three years. There will be no immediate replacement, and his direct reports will report to Drew Herdener, SVP Worldwide Communications at Amazon. Shields, a veteran NBCUniversal executive, joined Amazon Studios in early 2020 and worked closely with Mike Hopkins, SVP of Prime Video and Amazon Studios. Prior to Amazon, Shields spent two decades at NBCUniversal.
