Celebrities Hit with $1.4M Lawsuit Over Closed Nashville Chophouse

A Nashville real-estate firm, Village 21 Investment Partners LLC, is suing Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, and Adam LaRoche for more than $1.4 million, alleging they defaulted on the E3 Chophouse lease and abruptly closed the Nashville restaurant in February; the case, filed in Davidson County Circuit Court, lists a June 26 hearing as part of the civil proceedings.
