KJ Biermann Jr. indicted on seven felony counts in Fulton County case

Fulton County grand jury indicted 15-year-old KJ Biermann Jr., son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, on seven felony counts—including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, multiple counts of sexual battery against a minor, and false imprisonment—relating to an April incident at an Alpharetta Life Time Fitness changing area. Investigators say he restrained a 15-year-old girl and forced sexual acts; medical tests found no male DNA. He was arrested Aug. 17, and his next court hearing is Sept. 8 at 1 p.m. Zolciak publicly defended her son, stating he passed a polygraph and denies the allegations.
