KJ Biermann Jr. charged as an adult in alleged Alpharetta gym incident
Kroy Biermann Jr. (KJ), 15, the son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, was charged as an adult with felony aggravated sodomy and felony aggravated sexual battery over an alleged April 23 incident at a Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta. Arrest warrants say he restrained a 15-year-old acquaintance and forced sexual acts; the victim was evaluated and no male DNA was found on her. He was arrested on Aug. 17 and is due before a Fulton County Superior Court judge in September for pre-trial proceedings. Zolciak has publicly denied the allegations and said he passed a polygraph; prosecutors say more charges could be possible as the case develops.
