Kit Connor Cast as Cyclops in Marvel’s X‑Men Reboot

Deadline reports Kit Connor has been cast as Cyclops in Marvel Studios’ upcoming X‑Men movie after a multi-candidate casting process that included meetings with director Jake Schreier and Marvel president Kevin Feige. The project, with Lee Sung Jin and Joanna Calo writing the script, marks another rising role for Connor, who gained attention in Heartstopper and has drawn notice from director Alex Garland for Warfare and involvement in the Elden Ring adaptation. Cyclops has previously been portrayed by James Marsden and Tye Sheridan.
