Sneak Peek Inside Refurbished Casa Bonita Ahead of Reopening.

Casa Bonita, the iconic restaurant in Colorado, has allowed a sneak peek of its refurbished interior and food and drink menu ahead of its reopening, which is yet to be determined. The restaurant will initially have limited dinner hours and guests will be selected exclusively from the restaurant's email list during its soft launch. The cliff divers, a famous attraction at Casa Bonita, will be back. The restaurant was purchased by "South Park" creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker in 2021, who recruited award-winning chef Dana "Loca" Rodriguez to be the executive chef and culinary partner.
