A 60320 balance patch slows Ultimate Ability charge across Vanguards, Duelists, and Strategists (about a 20% drop) and nerfs or tweaks many heroes to reduce ult spam. Global changes cut damage/healing-to-energy conversions and adjust passive energy regen, with notable nerfs to Angela, Captain America, Deadpool, Elsa, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch and more.
