Prince Harry and Phone Hacking: Executives Accused of Cover-Up and Unlawful Behavior

Prince Harry and over 100 others are suing the publisher of the Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror, and Sunday People, alleging that the papers habitually accessed private information by phone-hacking, deception, and other illicit means between 1991 and 2011. On the second day of the trial, the lawyer representing the claimants said knowledge and involvement in unlawful acts went right to the top of the company. One of those unlawfully targeted was Prince Michael of Kent, the cousin of the late Queen Elizabeth. The Mirror case is just one of four the prince is currently pursuing against newspapers.
