TL;DR
'Jay Kelly' is a film that explores the life of a famous actor through a mix of compelling performances, especially Adam Sandler, and striking visuals, but it struggles with pacing, narrative cohesion, and a somewhat patronizing view of success and happiness, ultimately leaving an unfulfilling impression despite its artistic merits.
