Police seek ID after Newark e-bike crash leaves man seriously injured

Newark police are seeking the public's help identifying a man who suffered a serious head injury after crashing an electric bicycle into a guardrail at Van Buren and North Clinton streets. He was found unresponsive, treated on scene, and airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital; the crash is under investigation and the man had no identification.
