A Stranger's Words Saved Her Life

Trieste Belmont, who was struggling with depression, was about to end her life on a high bridge when a stranger passing by shouted, "Don't jump." This simple act of kindness made her realize that suicide was not the answer. She sought therapy and with the support of her loved ones, she has come a long way from that dark day. Belmont now uses her experience to advocate for kindness and remind others that it's never obvious what someone is going through.
