The Key Trait for Attraction and Love.

According to anthropologist Helen Fisher, intelligence is a highly sought-after trait in a partner, with 80% of singles saying they want someone of the same level of intelligence. Fisher's research shows that people are naturally drawn to those with similar intelligence levels, as well as similar socio-economic backgrounds, good looks, religious and social values, and reproductive goals. Additionally, Fisher found that people with similar brain chemistry tend to be attracted to each other, with "Explorers" drawn to other "Explorers" and "Builders" seeking partners who share their cautious and traditional values. However, "Directors" and "Negotiators" tend to seek their opposite, with Directors attracted to imaginative and socially skilled Negotiators. Ultimately, intelligence acts as an aphrodisiac for love, and the more you get to know someone, the more you like them and see them as similar to yourself.
