Child injured in multiple vehicle crashes involving impaired drivers.

A 5-year-old boy was thrown from a minivan after a crash in Jamestown Township, Michigan. The boy was taken to the hospital, and the extent of his injuries is unknown. Two people were hurt in the crash, and the 22-year-old driver's injuries are not considered life-threatening. Both children were in child restraint seats with seatbelts fastened at the time of the crash. The crash remains under investigation by the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office.
