Alabama community mourns deadly shooting at Sweet 16 party.

Four people were killed and 28 others injured in a mass shooting at a "Sweet 16" birthday party in Dadeville, Alabama. Among the victims were high school senior Philstavious “Phil” Dowdell and 18-year-old volleyball player KeKe Nicole Smith. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has not yet announced any arrests but says there is no further active threat posed to the wider community. The shooting has sparked criticism of pro-gun Alabama Governor Kay Ivey, who signed legislation last year ending a requirement to obtain a permit to carry a concealed handgun in public.
