"Arrest Made in Shooting of Blount County Deputy"

Kenneth Wayne DeHart, suspected of fatally shooting a Blount County deputy and injuring another deputy in Tennessee, was taken into custody after a several-day manhunt. He was wanted on charges of first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. The suspect's brother and girlfriend have also been arrested in connection to the incident, and the district attorney will decide whether to pursue the death penalty for DeHart.
