Family of missing 6-year-old flees country, leaving him behind.

A 6-year-old boy with multiple disabilities, Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, is still missing after his family fled the country on a Turkish Airlines flight on March 23. An AMBER Alert was issued for Noel on March 25, but it was discontinued that night. The police coordinated an Endangered Missing Alert for Noel instead. The lack of physical evidence makes it difficult to continue a criminal investigation. Anyone with information on Noel's disappearance is asked to contact 911 or the Everman Police Department.
