Fugitive's Remains Found in Kentucky Lake After 25 Years

The body of a fugitive wanted by the FBI in the late 1990s has been identified nearly 25 years after it was found chained to the bottom of a lake in Kentucky. The remains were identified as Roger Dale Parham, who disappeared in March 1999 while awaiting trial for various criminal charges in Arkansas. Parham's body was identified through advanced genealogy DNA testing and coordination with the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System. The cause of his death is still undetermined, and authorities are investigating it as a homicide due to the suspicious circumstances.
