Loud music complaint leads to Texas mom's shooting.

A Texas mother of three was shot in the chest by a visitor of her upstairs neighbor after complaining about loud music. The shooter and the neighbor fled the scene and are still being sought by the police. The mother was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. Her children, aged between 3 and 8, have been temporarily placed with a relative. The incident occurred in an apartment complex that has had nearly 140 calls for service to the police since April, including eight for loud music complaints.
