Man pleads not guilty to 2013 murder of 5-year-old found in suitcase.

Alberto L. Sierra Jr., who was in a relationship with the mother of 5-year-old Jeremiah Oliver, pleaded not guilty to murder and disinterring of a body charges in connection with the child's death in 2013. Jeremiah's remains were found in a suitcase near a highway in 2014. Sierra had previously been sentenced to up to seven years in prison on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and reckless endangerment of a child. Jeremiah's mother, Elsa Oliver, also pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery and reckless endangerment of a child.
