Mother arrested after stabbing and holding toddler underwater.

A 35-year-old woman was found holding a toddler under water in a bathtub by police officers who responded to a 911 call made by a 15-year-old girl in Michigan. The woman, believed to be the mother of the four children found in the home, was arrested after the officers found the 2-year-old girl with stab wounds to her chest and throat, and the 4-year-old boy with cuts. The two older children did not appear to be injured. The two younger children were taken to a hospital and were in stable condition as of Saturday afternoon. The mother was also taken to a hospital as authorities believe she may have ingested a cleaning fluid.
