Mother's shoplifting leads to car fire with children inside at Florida mall

An Orlando woman was arrested for shoplifting while leaving her two children inside a car that caught fire at the Oviedo Mall. Shoppers rescued the children who suffered first-degree burns on their faces and ears. The woman was charged with neglect of a child with great bodily harm and first-degree arson. She is being held on no bond at the Orange County Jail.
