Philadelphia man charged after officer accidentally shoots him with his own gun.

A Philadelphia man, Calvin Yim, has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, disarming a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest in Montgomery County after an officer-involved shooting incident. Yim allegedly punched the officer in the face and head and attempted to grab the officer's service gun. During the struggle, a shot was fired, striking Yim in the shoulder. Both the officer and suspect were transported to the hospital and have since been released. Yim will be arraigned on Saturday.
