Repeat Statue Vandalism in Albany Leads to Charges.

An Albany man has been arrested and charged with criminal mischief after tipping over and damaging a statue outside a restaurant on Lark Street. This is the second time this year that a statue has been vandalized outside the same restaurant. The culprit, Devin Brewington, was also charged with criminal mischief in a separate incident in April.
