Shoplifting Woman's Car Bursts into Flames with Children Inside: Florida Police

A Florida woman was arrested for child neglect and arson after leaving her two children in a parked car that caught fire and became engulfed in flames while she was allegedly shoplifting inside a mall. Nearby shoppers rescued the children, who were taken to the hospital with one suffering first-degree burns. The woman dropped the stolen items and fled the mall after seeing her car on fire. The fire totaled the vehicle.
