"Squatters in Custody After Woman Found Dead in Duffel Bag in Manhattan"

Two suspected squatters, Halley Tejada and Kensly Alston, are in custody in Pennsylvania after being wanted for questioning in the murder of Nadia Vitels, who found them living in her deceased mother's Kips Bay apartment. The suspects were caught with the victim's stolen Lexus and are being held pending extradition for her murder. Vitels had recently arrived from Spain to prepare the apartment and discovered the squatters, leading to a struggle in which she died of blunt force trauma. The motive for the murder is still unclear.
