Suspect Arrested in Drive-By Shooting that Killed Child

A man accused of organizing a drive-by shooting that led to the death of a 2-year-old in San Antonio has been arrested on a capital murder charge. Anthony Arizmendez was responsible for planning and offering payment to the shooter, Derrain Turner, who was arrested the day before. The shooting stemmed from an assault that took place prior, and Arizmendez was involved with the assault. The intended target was the son of the homeowner, who recently broke up with his girlfriend. Arizmendez was related to the girlfriend. The driver in the case has not been arrested, and police are still investigating.
