Suspect Charged in Fatal Crash that Killed Vermont Police Officer

Tate Rheaume, 20, has been charged in the crash that killed rookie Rutland police officer Jessica Ebbighausen, 19. He admitted to trying to evade the police and driving into Ebbighausen's cruiser while crossing the center line. Rheaume's ex-girlfriend stated that he had recently stopped taking medication for bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
