Suspect in custody for Walmart shooting of 13-year-old girl in South Carolina.

A 13-year-old girl was shot at random while shopping with her mother at a Walmart store in Aiken, South Carolina. The shooter, identified as 32-year-old Stephen Foreman, has no relationship to the victim and has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime. The victim, Ashton Rickard, was shot at point-blank range and has already had one surgery. The bullet broke her arm and is lodged in her back. Police have not determined Foreman's motive.
