Teen Sentenced to Jail for Assaulting High School Football Player.

Reid Mitchell, a teenager, has been sentenced to 120 days in jail, 10 years on probation, and 200 community service hours for his involvement in the brutal assault of Cole Hagan in December 2021. Hagan's family has filed a lawsuit seeking $50 million in damages from the alleged attackers and others who knew about the plan to attack him. Mitchell, along with two other teens, was named as a defendant in the suit.
