Francisco Oropesa had been convicted of driving while intoxicated in 2012 and was allegedly shooting a semiautomatic rifle in his front yard when neighbors asked him to stop. He responded, "I'll do what I want to in my front yard," before allegedly shooting the victims. Oropesa is still on the run, and the FBI has offered an $80,000 reward for information leading to his capture.
