Toddler Fatally Shoots Pregnant Mother in Ohio

A 2-year-old boy in Ohio fatally shot his pregnant mother in the back with a pistol he found in a nightstand in the master bedroom. The mother and unborn child died despite emergency medical attention. The police found child safety features in the home, including safety gates and child locks on all drawers.
