"Teacher's First Day Fiasco: Arrested for Classroom Wine"

A third-grade teacher in Oklahoma was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol on the first day of school. School officials reported that the teacher, Kimberly Coates, appeared intoxicated with red, watery eyes and slurred speech. Coates admitted to drinking heavily the night before and consuming wine on her way to work. A breath test revealed her blood alcohol concentration was three times the legal limit. The teacher was arrested and faces charges of public intoxication.
